These Terms govern your use of theconsultgroup.org and any related sample sites and services (the "Services") provided by EZ RE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Services

We build websites for local businesses at no charge to the business; the business pays for hosting and any add-on services (AI chatbot, AI answering, CRM). Sample sites we publish for prospects are illustrative and may be modified or removed.

Payment

Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and continue until canceled. CRM and one-time engagements are billed per the written statement of work.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity, or to send spam or unsolicited communications.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Any income, revenue, or lead figures shown are illustrative and not a guarantee of results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ RE LLC's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
